2025 Open Enrollment

October 21 – November 1, 2024

This is your annual opportunity to review your benefits and make any changes based on what you think is best for you and your family. Follow these steps to enroll today:

    Review the benefits information and compare your options.

    Think about how your and your family’s health needs may have changed. Use the interactive benefits guide and the online tools on RAIBenefits.com to compare costs and help you choose the benefits that are right for you for the upcoming year.

    Make your choices and enroll by November 1, 2024.

    If you don’t enroll by the deadline, you may be automatically enrolled in coverage that no longer meets your needs — or have no coverage at all. Remember, not all benefits roll over so you must make an election if you want to have a Flexible Spending Account (FSA).

What’s new for 2025?

  • The Health Savings Account (HSA) start-up contribution is increasing to $1,200 if you cover dependents under the Advantage medical plan.
  • Maximum contribution limits for the HSA are increasing to $4,300 for individuals; $8,550 for families.
  • The amount you can contribute to a Health Care Flexible Spending Account (FSA) is increasing to $3,200.
  • Nutrition Services through our LiveWell Health Centers will be available to all employees for free, regardless of location.
  • Medical premiums and deductibles are increasing.
  • The Health Screening benefit paid by the voluntary Accident and Critical Insurance plans is increasing to $100 per plan.

As a new hire, you have 61 days after your start date to make your benefit choices. If you don’t enroll by then, you will not be able to enroll in benefits until the next Open Enrollment unless you experience a change in family status.
